Productivity is not all about tips and tricks. Tips and tricks tend to fade — and lose meaning — when the psychological aspect isn’t nurtured as well.
While I do think certain techniques and strategies can enhance our performance, I agree that focusing to much on them certainly has its flaws.
What we consume has a huge impact on both our mental health and physical health. Becoming more aware of the things we do can give us more clarity.
