Have Courage in Life

Courage is something I’ve lacked for 14 years.
This kept me from focusing on the essential aspects of my life. It kept me from being responsible for myself and those I love. It kept me from making mindful, intentional decisions to move forward.
Finding your courage is an unending endeavour. It’s something that will not always be there. It’s the sword that cuts through fear.
Today, I wanted to write something that might inspire you to be braver. I consider these reminders to myself, and, hopefully, also to you.
Have the courage to:
- put your vulnerability on paper. Share your story with the world because you never know whose day you might be changing. We love stories. We love seeing people conquer their personal obstacles because it provides us with hope in overcoming our own.
- have those uncomfortable conversations with your friends, partner, and family. Honest communication is one of the pillars of trust and reliability.
- approach that person you think is so cool and attractive. If you realize that you have nothing to lose, you’ll only have something wonderful to gain.
- travel to that country you’ve been thinking about for years. It’s impossible to…
