Great art is a mixture of bravery and ignorance.
You have to be brave enough to boldly pursue that which you want to achieve, with the right amount of ignorance towards adversity, rules, gatekeepers and naysayers. You might have heard a similar statement if you’re a Scorcese fan.
Inexperience should mutually never scare you because every inspirational person started at zero. Some progressed faster; others took a while longer. Some had a bit more luck in their journey; others had to apply more perseverance.
No journey is ever the same, which is why you should never replicate your life from a single individual. It’s better to learn and implement different components from distinctive people to become more well-rounded in anything you think, say and do. Art is an amalgamation of diverse, meticulously crafted fragments, so why shouldn’t you be?
