A vital part of our lives, George. It’s necessary to get away from all those electronics and notifications because nature didn’t build our bodies for that. The easiest way to escape from it all, and find calmness and solitude, is to spend a whole day in nature. At least aim for a 30-min walk every day.
Thank you, brother. I feel like going on a trip in nature tomorrow.
